    Cool

Here comes Sam with a string of firecrackers and a few rockets. She loves the 4th!

Not to be confused with Uncle Sam. Maybe she's Aunt Sam?

Thanks Agate! I hope you and everyone else has had a good day and will enjoy the evening.

I have been doing housework, but at least it kept me somewhat busy.

    I hope everyone had a glorious 4th.

We had no barbecues. We did not go to the parade or see fireworks but did watch them on tv.

A quiet fourth here. No barbecue, no fireworks. I worked on my dollhouse rehab project, TC worked on cutting down a huge limb that broke off a near-to-the-house tree. Routine day..

We had a quiet Fourth, too. Our outing was on the third. We took Peter's mom on a ride south to see the ocean in Duxbury and Marshfield.

Seeing the ocean was supposed to be the highlight but she wasn't that interested once we got there. She did want to go to the Chrismas Tree Store (hard to explain) and a very big grocery store.

We ate at a fish restaurant on the bay side of Marshfield. Good lunch, very good service.

The day wiped me out. I am sure you can relate.

We have a Kris Kringle Shoppe here. It's fllled with Christmas decorations of all kinds, many on the trees. It's worthy of the North Pole. ;) Great eye candy.

That sounds very reasonable, Parsi. Ours only has Christmas items in the Christmas season. Here's an entry from Wikipedia: https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Christmas_Tree_Shops

We bought baked wheat cheddar goldfish for the way home; silicone potholders- one for a charging station for Peter's phones and two for my mom to use in the usual manner. Peter's mother bought nothing but she enjoyed it.
