No, the pan is just the standard shiny-stainless-steel look. Interesting colors in the kitchen can be fun, and I do have a red dishtowel hanging from a pegboard hook. This quote is hidden because you are ignoring this member. Show Quote
And would that be your sister's pet? What will she do with it when it reaches its adult size?Agate, look at my new avatar, it's baby Pogo!

She lets them go on her farm. They would have died without her finding them. They were babies, and needed mama possum to survive. She got some kind of food from the vet, maybe fed from a bottle. I'll see if she can find you one.
That's all right, Howie. Really!

That's a good deed your sister did Howie :)
True to his word, DH took me to the ocean this morning. I was able to walk to the beach from the car, up the sandy boardwalk! First time since mid May! Granted, I needed the chair to walk back up, but this was progress.
A few dudes walked by my side just in case.
I took 5 waves standing :) it was fairly ugly, but it felt good to paddled out, spot a wave, paddle for it,feel the wave lift my board and accelerate it, pop up and ride it. It's nowhere near what I had been doing. But 6 weeks ago I wondered if I would ever be able to do this again, so, I'll take it!
BBS, absolutely take it. I think it is wonderful. I told a neighbor about you today. She was telling me about a friend of hers that has MS and she goes and does all the time. She walks with a 3 prong cane. But she can't remember directions, so she has started using Uber and my friend says she has seen a big difference in her because it has taken the stress out of her life. She volunteers at a second hand thrift store where all the money goes to charity. So very active. she also swims.

It takes brute strength to lift those bottles of beer, Howie! I'll bet your right bicep is ripped, I agree! This quote is hidden because you are ignoring this member. Show Quote
BBS, I think this may be the thread that we were discussing ALA on. I went to Whole Foods today and got some, but don't think I can keep it up. They were $30.00 for 50 pills. There were some cheaper, but they were larger than I can swallow. The ones I got are 600mg each. If I decided to take 1200 mg that would be two pills a day and $30.00 every 25 days. I think that is on the expensive side. Maybe I can look around and find some for less that I feel comfortable taking. I don't care for the GNC stores and so do not go to them anymore
