Great going Agate - you are certainly hanging in there.

BBS, I posted a question to you in the wrong thread. I think I posted it in the Shingles thread. It's about CBD oil if you have time to look it up.

I haven't been moving much the last few months.

But recently I was prescribed PT having complaining abt pain from moving. So it was 2x a week for the past 3 weeks. Another week to go. I'm not good abt the exercises between though.
Despite continued problems there has been improvement

Today I washed my hair, fixed hair, put on make-up and dressed. Then I went to pick up my fabric that I ordered for upholstering I am going to have done.

After that I went to grocery store and walked all over that.

I came home and got groceries out of car and put them away. It had been dark and thunder in the distance, but I felt I needed to get the 3 rolls of fabric out of the car. I took my Dolly Trolley and tried to put the largest roll on the thing at the bottom that things sit on without a bag on it. I couldn't get it to stay on so I had to leave the Trolley and just try to carry the 25 yards of fabric in the house with no help. Then I went back for the one that I have 9 yards. I was expecting it to be much lighter, but it was heavy. Must be heavy material. Then I went back for the third one that has 10 1/2 yards. It was pretty light and not as hard to get in.

With getting groceries in, and getting all the fabric in, all in all, I made either 5 or 6 trips out to the car and back. I was dragging and I still am. I don't imagine that I will be doing anything tomorrow.

Right after I got the last roll of fabric in the rain started, it was heavy and lasted a long time. I was so glad I had everything out of the car and in the house and so glad to be home.

Yesterday I did something I haven't done in a while as the weather was always too warm. Yesterday it was only around 80', and in the evening I walked around the neighborhood for 25 minutes with the rollator.

I was wearing my rx sunglasses as usual but at that time of day, when the sun is bright, I can't see in some situations even with the sunglasses. It's a tad risky if cars are coming from several directions but now that I'm aware of that problem, I can make sure I shield my eyes with my hands at the top of the glasses frames. That corrects it.

One problem with that is that I need to operate the rollator with just one hand. It's possible but not so easy.

My steps yesterday amounted to 2,363.

I've had some stiffness, but it wasn't so bad as it has sometimes been.

    Cool

You ladies are making Howie, the slug, look bad. Shame on you both.

I'm just watching TV. I drank beer this evening, hoping it would make me sleepy. Took one of my sleep meds, went to bed, lights out, eyes closed, and waited, and waited, nothing.

So I got up and made coffee since it has been making me sleepy lately. This is my second mug, and nothing yet. So be it. I haven't seen this movie before, so why not.

It MIGHT be an old sci-fi movie, but so far I don't think so, we'll see.

Sam is asleep on HER sofa in the living room. Sci-fi scares her, so she left me. The weekend is here. It's not the same as when I worked, but I'll try to enjoy it.

    G'night sleepyheads.
