Red face Can Mood swings lead to depression?

    Hi guys :)

Just a quick question - does mood swings lead to depression? I just observed that recently my moods change so often and most of the time I got irritated when questioned about anything.

Your responses would be highly appreciated. Thank you.

Definitely NOT an expert on depression but mood swings can be a symptom of depression. Mood Swings are also a side effect of most medications. Mood Swings can be a sign of low blood sugar as well.
