I'd like credit for stairs and five grocery stores (a Wegman's, TJ's and 2 different WholeFoods Plus a Stop & Shop).

I don't recommend this much activity. It didn't end well.

    Thumbs up

Well I'll give you credit. I don't go that many places in a year!

You totally get credit for that.

MS kicked my butt today, so I stuck with household activity.

That sounds like a lot, particularly right after the fall. I'd say you deserve congratulations on getting way with so much.

You may be one of those people who expect a lot of themselves. I think I was the same way for years. People really don't mind if you lower your expectations of yourself, I've found, and if they do mind, they shouldn't.

Hard habit to break though. I'm still fighting this battle.

Ann, you obviously wanted to make something special if it took 5 grocery stores to get everything.

Well, all I can take credit for is one drugstore - Ulta and one grocery store - Harris Teeter and going out to dinner with family. Not much activity.

    Cool

I took a bath, made coleslaw, then ate. WHEW, early to bed tonight!

Swam 750 Yards and got gas and went to produce stand for dinner. Will rest four hours now.

I swam for 8 minutes. Before that, I was lying on a tarp pulling weeds for @10 minutes before going in the pool at home. The pool is a brisk 75 but the sun was hot.

It will be nice to be able to swim at home now that it's warming up... All winter I swim in a public heated pool, but it involves walking a few minutes to the pool and to the car, walking to the shower, hauling the broken body out of the pool, and the 10 minute drive each way. It has come to this: each extra step, mile driven takes a toll and eliminates the ability to do other things like cook, food shop, that day. Ridiculous!

Glad you will be home for your swim but is there anyone around if you need help?

Good question Ann. Safety comes before any benefits a pool can give.
