    Cool

Well, I STILL don't know what a chocolate pot is for. Do you mean like chocolate milk you drink, or hot chocolate you also drink, or melted chocolate you might pour over ice cream? Teach me something.
Help, I've floored it and I can't let up!

Homer--oops, I mean Howie--I'm glad you spoke up. Here all along I just assumed it was a pot for keeping chocolates (little individual candies) in, or else it might possibly be a pot or pitcher made entirely of chocolate.

Somehow I doubted that it was a pot made of chocolate. It would be eaten. And it might melt.

But it could easily be a pot for hot chocolate, maybe that yummy Mexican hot chocolate.

Sorry, ANN, but inquiring minds are still inquiring.

They're just fancy decorative pots. Here's an explanation.

Not decorative. Metal. Wedding present. Indeed used for hot chocolate:

Talk about gracious living! People with special pots just for their hot chocolate. As with gravy boats for gravy, these nice little utensils aren't found very often any more, probably, because people eat on the run and don't have leisurely meals with people passing these items around a table.

Washed a load of towels today. Lots of stairs.

Emptied the dish washer - bend and stretch.

And a little too much sitting.
