    There should be a baby bird under the parent because yesterday an egg hatched. Mom or Dad hasn't moved when I was looking today though.

    The barred owl babies are definitely there--balls of fluff squirming around underneath the parent (link is in previous post).

    Interesting the way an owl can turn its head all the way around, or at least it looks that way.

    The barn owl in the Netherlands has 7 eggs, or that's what it says on the Website. What's not to love about that face?
