I always loved the Atlanta airport. Go to terminal E and there is a great sushi place called One Flew South.

if you have a long layover, rest in Terminsl F. It's always empty with comfy chairs.

BBS, I became the opposite when MS struck. I had a hard time making it from one terminal to the next in Atlanta, early on when I was still walking, and it freaked me out.

We labded in the B concourse and walked and took the very steep escaltors to the tran to go to the C concourse. Too much walking and sub-par food.

Home at last and in bed w the 2 cats.

I've been in the Atlanta airport but have no memory of it except that it was called Hartsfield. This was back around 1973, when I went to visit an aunt who lived there.

It's probably had a few makeovers since then!

Me and two buddies surfed the morning. Another special surf sesh. The waves were small, knee to thigh, and the water was clean, very clear. It was cloudy with no wind, creating some beautiful lighting, silvery with silvery-turquoise water. You could see the bottom like a swimming pool. I fact, there was a thick light brown 12' snake that cruised under my board-- rarely see something like that. Only saw one shark leap up and he was near one of the SUP guys.

We had hoped to see the rocket launch, either it was too cloudy or it was scrubbed.

Caught several fun rides. My favorite had some nice floaty bumps to it.

Surfing has changed so much since this MS attack. So much. Am glad I can do what am able to do though.

Airports are a challenge, to put it mildly.

"Keep on moving" is a great concept but airports don't seem the best places to exercise for me. For one thing, you almost always have to be at a certain place by a certain time to meet a plane or board a plane, and so you're hurrying along, probably.

One of the worst things I can do is to hurry along.

    Cool

I've never flown, but it sure sounds like I missed a whole lot of fun!

Flying isn't part of my exercise routine either but lately the pedometer readings have been:

    2/13 - 1380 steps
    2/14 - 1038
    2/15 - 1044
    2/16 - 1580
    2/17 -1192
    2/18 - 1390
    2/19 - 1397

Looking at these figures I realize I have to try to walk more.

I think you are doing pretty darn good. I know I don't take anywhere near that many steps in a day!
