    Me too, funnylegs. I didn't want to add to the sadness here but did think some people might be interested.

    I'll remove it if anyone finds it inappropriate.

    I heard "Suzanne" years ago, sung by another artist, and loved it, never realizing who wrote it. Then heard "hallelujah" as background music on an episode of west wing, was moved to tears, sought out the music and composer, and got hooked. I probably have 10 different renditions of hallelujah, and most of his albums in my limited music collection. Lover poetry, music, unforgettable voice. A tragic loss.

    Me too, I have numerous versions of Hallelujah too, brings me to tears. I too love it so much.

    He was an amazing, creative genius.
