Default Jaw Clenching with internal dialogue

Hi, I experience jaw clenching in time to the syllables of the voices that I hear, warning me that me and my whole family will be killed. Could it be that jaw clenching is a symptom of petrification?

Jaw clenching (bruxism) is associated with stress and anxiety. So, as a nonprofessional layperson, I would guess that the answer to your question is "Yes."

Are you seeing/being treated by a physician regarding the voices you hear, your anxiety, and your symptom of jaw clenching? If not, I highly recommend that you do.
