    Seems like a good idea to me. Obviously there can't be a patrolman on duty just to catch people illegally parking in handicap spaces but something is needed to prevent people from grabbing that space, which seems to be very very tempting.

    Thank you for sharing this video. I'm impressed that this is occurring in Russia and would love to see it implemented worldwide. It appears to be an effective deterrent.

    This assumes you have the sticker in place. They'd have to changed the placement rules here, as your not supported to drive with the placard hanging from your visor... an excellent idea, though...I wonder how effective it really is. Obviously staged here to film the video...
