Making ourselves presentable gets to be more and more of a battle as time goes on.

Hairwashing is one of the things I've slacked off on. After reading somewhere that too much washing can dry your hair out, I decided I was washing it too often. Nowadays I let it go for a week or maybe even longer. I used to wash it every day, then every other day.

Well, my sleep routine seems to be switching all around lately. There was a Hitchcock marathon on the other night, and I had no trouble staying up all night watching it. Then other nights, there is nothing on, and I fight to stay awake until 10. But being retired, I have the freedom to do that. At least there's ONE good thing MS has given me.
