Evolution spans the Universe.
I love string cheese (sticks of mozzarella or some other cheese). You can cut them up and just toss them into a salad.

Rice and water (equal amounts usually, but sometimes more water is required depending on rice) with salt in rice cooker. Sprinkle chicken with turmeric, thyme, and basil. Set it in a steamer basket over the rice cooker. Cover and cook about 20(?) minutes or until rice is done. You can throw some veggies in the basket as well.
I made hummus from scratch once, including the tahini. But without a food processor it was a pain, so it might be the last time. This quote is hidden because you are ignoring this member. Show Quote
Something I used to see on a tv commercial:
Place a piece of chicken with veggies (couple carrot sticks and potato perhaps) in the middle of a square of foil. Season. Close it up and throw in the oven.
The person would then go jogging and come back to a cooked meal.
Don't forget grilled cheese sandwiches. I sometimes put in a piece of sandwich meat with the cheese or slice of tomato. Instead of spreading with butter, you could try lightly spraying or brushing on oil.
The vegetable stock might give it enough liquid to blend smoothly? I've always used immersion blender or magic bullet, no problem with blending. This quote is hidden because you are ignoring this member. Show Quote
Didn't seem to have enough liquid. If I do try it again I'd do a lot of adjustments. But I don't see that happening.
I have done this with parchment paper....you can use fish or chicken...I do not know about beef. But I lay sliced veggies on top and usually put a glob of Dijon. It is really impressive. I forget the heat but the time is short. You would pay a fortune for it in a restaurant! The presentation is that pretty. This quote is hidden because you are ignoring this member. Show Quote
