Awful in San Bernardino! I just don't understand the violence that is building in strength and frequency.

Rain and upper 40s all day here and it was foggy for the entire day.
Having trouble walking today. I think the pool routine I have been increasing intensity on has KO'd me. Can hardly put weight on my left leg without shooting pain in hip, groin, quad and side. Started this intensely about an hour after my exercise this morning but the last two days it has been more uncomfortable so this morning I toned it WAY down and did nothing with weights or pilates tubing...focused on upper body and core and still....

    Cool

It sure is quiet! You act like it's payday. OH, that's right, it WAS payday....for ME!!!

I was up before 7am, and off I went. Dump, bank, store, and CVS. Everything is put away, the cats have had the second round of treats, yet Sam is still begging for more!

I forgot 3 things, but unless this coffee really inspires me, will have to wait until tomorrow. One thing I forgot (whispering) is cheese. NOTHING SAM, I said there's a nice BREEZE!

    Have a great day all!

Well, in my defense, I JUST went to the store AGAIN, and got TWO bags of cheese! I must have made that coffee strong today. Now I'm having my second mug full. What do I do now!

Howie, that money is obviously burning a hole in your pocket!

    Payday for me too. YAY!

Glad you stocked up on cheese, Howie. I was just singing the praises of cheese in another thread. Most types of cheese keep well, taste good, and are truly fine ways of getting protein.

My sister lived in Holland for years and sometimes would send me a box of assorted Dutch cheeses. What a treat!

Hard to believe Peg's Nora is almost as tall as Peg now. Many of us here remember when she was born!

    Cool

Nora was just born yesterday, wasn't she?

I get the shredded Parmesan cheese. I've tried other kinds, and they turned their noses up to it and wouldn't eat it. Such picky cats, but how else could they be?

The thing to do is to move to Alaska. Everybody who's lived there for a year or more, every man, woman, and child, receives a bonus of about $1,000 every year just because they live in Alaska where oil was found.

I'm pretty sure this is still going on. It's been going on for many years. I can't remember what it's called but it's real. In 2015 it looks as if everyone got just over $2,000.

I'd think about moving there but the winters are a little off-putting.
