Default For those of you who remember Tracy Sheppherd

Her precious daughter Megan got her angel wings this morning. She was in the ICU with pneumonia and a bacterial infection. It was just too much for her to fight. So very sad.
grandmother of Tyler (22): Ohtahara Syndrome/SCN2a gene mutation, cortically visually impaired, quadriplegic, severely developmentally delayed, no speech, severe intractable seizures, frontal and temporal lobe atrophy, progressive scoliosis/kyphosis, chronic kidney stones & UTI's, gastroparesis, 100% tube fed, autonomic dysreflexia, but what a precious gift from God. "Lord, grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change."

    ((((((Tamie)))))) ~

My heart is breaking for Tracey and her family. Nothing compares to the pain of losing your precious child.

Thank you, Tamie, for letting us know.

    ((((((Tracey)))))) ~

I am so very sorry that your beautiful, beloved Megs has left your arms to return to God's arms. I pray that you will find comfort in knowing that Megan is in absolute bliss, surrounded by peace, light, and love beyond our imagining. She has joined a chorus of magnificent Angels, and her Light is eternal.

Megs has not left you. Her spiritual presence will always be near you. She is Everywhere now.

How I wish that I could be with you at this moment, embracing you, weeping with you, comforting you. Please know that I am praying for you and your family, and that I am available for you at any time. You are not alone, dear friend.

Candles will be glowing in Michael's room in honor of Megan, his new Angel friend.

I'm holding you close to my heart, Tracey. And sending you healing prayers and strength.

Thank you for blessing us with the joys of loving Megan.

    Love & Light,

    Rose

Mom to Jon, 48, (seizure disorder; Gtube; trache; colostomy; osteoporosis; hypothyroid; enlarged prostate; lymphedema, assorted mysteries) and Michael, 32, (intractable seizures; Gtube), who were born with an undiagnosed progressive neuromuscular disease and courageous spirits. Our Angel Michael received his wings in 2003 and now resides in Heaven. Our Angel Jon lives at home with me and Jim, the world's most wonderful dad.

My heart is hurting for Tracy and for so many (like Rose) who understand the depths of her pain. She and her family are all in my prayers
