    Default update

I spoke with my endocrinologist yesterday. I hadn't called her back because I was sure she would want me to take the Boniva for osteoperosis, you know how DR.s can be about these things. If you don't take their advice they can drop you or make you feel guilty. She called me to talk about it and I told her I didn't want to take it but instead wanted to make dietary changes and supplements. She was great and completely on board, without any hesitation. She totally understood my worries about taking the medication. She ordered another calcium check and I have an appointment in May to talk about how we can follow the progress. What a relief and what a great Dr.

YAY! You do have a great doctor! I'm so glad that she's not pushing the Boniva on you.

The Grow Bone system is working for my friends. If you try it, I hope it works as well for you. No matter what you try, I pray for stronger bones for you!
